Chris is a Newcastle-born real estate photographer and founder of Talev Creative, with 10 years of experience crafting refined, high-impact property imagery. "Talev" is the name most people know him by, and it reflects the personal and approachable nature of the brand. Talev Creative marks a return to his roots, evolving from earlier ventures.

His work is defined by a balance of precision and creativity, producing visuals that are both striking and authentic. The approach

Realistic, natural imagery. No overly-flashed interiors, no over-cooked HDR, no radioactive fake grass. Sky replacements and virtual staging do have a place — I'll lean on them when a shoot genuinely calls for it — but always with intent, never to fake something the property isn't. The goal is always the same: make the property look like the best version of itself, not a different property entirely.
